ZAAVIAY – Order, Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Zaaviay, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies and terms.

1. Orders

Customers may place orders on Zaaviay with or without creating an account.

Zaaviay reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• suspected fraudulent activity
• incomplete payment confirmation
• incorrect pricing or product information
• production limitations or stock availability

If an order cannot be processed, the customer will be notified.

2. Production & Dispatch Timeline

Zaaviay garments are intricately handcrafted and undergo strict quality control before dispatch.

Estimated dispatch timelines are as follows:

• Formal Wear: 12–15 working days for orders shipped outside Karachi

• Bridal Couture: 4–6 weeks

Dispatch timelines are estimates only and may vary due to production requirements, quality checks, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

Zaaviay reserves the right to adjust dispatch timelines when necessary while maintaining product quality standards.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier service, delivery timelines and handling fall under the responsibility of the courier provider.

Zaaviay is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Courier tracking confirmation and delivery records will be considered valid proof of delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including address and contact details. Zaaviay will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. International Orders

Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to custom duties, import taxes, or other government levies imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Zaaviay is not responsible for customs charges, taxes, delays, or regulations imposed by foreign customs authorities.

Failure to pay customs duties or taxes may result in delivery refusal or return of shipment, for which Zaaviay will not be liable.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

• The remaining balance will be payable upon delivery.

• Payment instructions will be provided after the order is placed.

If the advance payment is not received within 48 hours, Zaaviay reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

Orders will not enter production or dispatch until the advance payment has been confirmed.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept a confirmed COD order, Zaaviay reserves the right to retain the advance payment and restrict future orders.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not begun.

Once an order has entered production, customization, or dispatch preparation, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
